Tato diplomová práce byla věnována nezářivému přenosu energie tzv. senzitizaci křemíku využitím tenkých molekulárních vrstev. Charakterizace a využití senzitizačních procesů by mohlo vést ke snížení tloušťky křemíkových substrátů u solárních článků, a tedy ke snížení celkové ceny fotovoltaických modulů. Nezářivý přenos energie byl sledován na vzorcích deponovaných tenkých vrstev organických barviv z řad heterocyklických sloučenin Rhodaminu 6G a Coumarinu 314, z barviv substituovaných aromatickými uhlovodíky perylenu BASF Lumogen F Red 305. V práci byly srovnány vlastnosti vrstev deponovaných metodou drop-casting a spin-coating. This master’s thesis was devoted to the non-radiative energy transfer called silicon sensitization using thin molecular layers. Characterization and use of sensitization processes could reduce the thickness of silicon substrates in solar cells and, thus, decrease the overall cost of photovoltaic modules. Nonradiative energy transfer was recorded on samples of deposited thin layers of organic dyes from the heterocyclic compounds Rhodamine 6G and Coumarin 314 from substituted aromatic hydrocarbons perylene BASF Lumogen F Red 305. The properties of layers deposited by drop-casting and spin-coating were compared. The spin-coating deposition was further developed, for example, by combining with the Langmuir-Blodgett technique. The work results are the confirmation of the formation and discussion of non-radiative energy transfer on the prepared samples determined according to the measured fluorescence quenching time depending on the thickness of the deposited layers.
