Vybrané aspekty radiologického zobrazování v průběhu těhotenství a kojení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bude objasnění problematiky radiologického zobrazování během těhotenství a kojení. Práce bude rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bude v jednotlivých kapitolách vysvětlen průběh a jednotlivá stádia těhotenství, základní radiobiologické poznatky a údaje o radiosenzitivitě plodu vzhledem k účinkům ionizujícího záření. Dále budou popsány zobrazovací metody jako např. konvenční rentgen, výpočetní tomografie, digitální subtrakční angiografie, ultrazvuk a magnetická rezonance. Poslední kapitola práce se bude zabývat legislativními opatřeními v České republice a radiační ochranou těhotných pacientek a radiologických asistentek. V praktické části bakalářské práce bude použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Formou případových studií bude prezentováno několik vybraných kazuistik pacientek. K bakalářské práci bude použita písemná a obrazová dokumentace z radiodiagnostického oddělení Ústřední vojenské nemocnice - Vojenské fakultní nemocnice Praha.

The subject of the bachelor thesis will be to clarify the issue of radiological imaging during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The work will be divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the course and individual stages of pregnancy, basic radiobiological findings, and data on the radiosensitivity of the fetus with respect to the effects of ionizing radiation will be explained in individual chapters. Furthermore, imaging methods such as conventional X-ray, computed tomography, digital subtraction angiography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging will be described. The last chapter will deal with legislative measures in the Czech Republic and radiation protection of pregnant patients and radiological assistants. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the method of qualitative research will be used. Several selected case reports of patients will be presented in the form of case studies. The bachelor's thesis will use written and visual documentation from the radiodiagnostic department of the Central Military Hospital - Military University Hospital Prague.
