Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi transportu váhově nadměrných pacientů v Karlovarském kraji a s tím spjatou problematikou práce složek IZS. Teoretická část pojednává o obezitě, jejich komplikacích, možnostech prevence a léčby. Dále se věnuje manipulaci s nadměrně obézními pacienty v přednemocniční neodkladné péči se zaměřením na technickou první pomoc. V praktické části bude provedena syntéza dat o zásahové činnosti HZS KVK k nadměrně obézním pacientům. Bude doplněna o šetření u vedoucích výjezdových základen ZZS, se kterými jednotky HZS spolupracují. Na základě zjištěných informací bude v práci uveden návrh na vylepšení výbavy HZS KVK k transportu a asistenci při transportu nadměrných pacientů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of transportation of excessively obese patients in the Karlovy Vary region and with the problems of the Integrated Rescue System units that are related to their work. The theoretical part deals with obesity, its complications, possibilities of prevention and treatment. It also deals with the handling of excessively obese patients in pre-hospital emergency care with a focus on technical first aid. In the practical part, a synthesis of data on Fire Rescue Services of Karlovy Vary region intervention activities to excessively obese patients will be performed. It will be supplemented by an investigation at the heads of the Emergency Medical Rescue stations with which the FRS units cooperate. Based on the information obtained, the thesis will present a proposal to improve the equipment of FRS in the Karlovy Vary region for transportation, as well for the assistance in the transportation of excessively obese patients.
