Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na glaukomovou chorobu ve spojitosti s tloušťkou rohovky. V teoretické části je shrnuta rešerše k dané problematice. Počínaje kapitolou - rohovka a její anatomie, vyšetřovací metody, glaukom - klasifikace, metody, léčba. V praktické části je proveden experiment, jehož cílem je prozkoumání vztahu mezi podezřením na glaukomovou chorobu a pachymetrií. V praktické části jsou rozepsány hypotézy týkající se podezření na glaukom ve vztahu s tloušťkou rohovky. Hypotézy jsou zpracovány do grafů a tabulek.

The bachelor thesis focuses on glaucoma disease in connection with cornea width. Theoretical part summons research executed in this certain problematics. Starting with chapter - cornea and its anatomy, check-up methods, glaucoma - classification, methods, treatment. In the practical part is performed an experiment with the goal of exploring the connection between suspicion on glaucoma disease and pachymetry. Furthermore, there are also mentioned hypothesis concerning suspicion on glaucoma in connection with cornea width. Hypotheses are processed into graphs and charts.
