Abstract

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby ovlivňování veřejného mínění, politických a ideologických postojů společnosti, které v dnešní době domácí i zahraniční entity využívají k narušování politické stability. V práci je popsána důležitost ideologického a politického myšlení společnosti a jeho vliv na bezpečnost a stabilitu státu. Je zdůrazněna důležitost této problematiky a její využití při budování a udržování bezpečnosti státu. V teoretické části je rozveden teoretický rámec narušování politické stability a její vztah k bezpečnosti. Dále je charakterizováno bezpečnostní prostředí a vnější i vnitřní faktory destabilizace. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza s cílem identifikovat a vyhodnotit faktory ovlivňující politickou stabilitu. Výsledkem této analýzy a hodnocení je tvorba strategií a z nich plynoucí návrhy opatření. Také je v této části provedeno srovnání s aktuálními koncepcemi a strategiemi státu v oblasti narušování politické stability.

Abstract This bachelor thesis addresses the ways of influencing public opinion, political and ideological attitudes of society, which nowadays both domestic and foreign entities use to disturb political stability. The thesis describes the importance of the ideological and political thinking of the society and its influence on the security and stability of the state. It emphasizes the importance of this issue and its use in building and maintaining state security. In the theoretical part, there is a framework on the disturbance of political stability and its relation to security. Furthermore, the security environment, external and internal factors of destabilization are characterized. In the practical part, a SWOT analysis is performed in order to identify and evaluate the factors influencing political stability. The result of this analysis and evaluation is the development of strategies and resulting proposals for action. There is also a comparison with current state policies and strategies in the area of political stability disruption.
