Horská bouda je koncipována jako penzion s osmi mezonetovými apartmány a restaurací. Obsahuje jedno podzemní, dvě užitná nadzemní podlaží a třetí technické podkroví. Navrhovaný objekt se nachází na západním konci Pece pod Sněžkou. Pozemek je ze třech stran obklopen terénními nerovnostmi, které jej skrývají před okolím. V současnosti se na místě nachází penzion Zákoutí, který návrh nahrazuje. The mountain hotel combines two functions. There is a restaurant in the east third of the object, and eight duplex apartments in the west. The underground floor contains garage for ten cars and utility rooms for restaurant service. Control rooms (heating and ventilation system) are in the third floor, which is the last one. The land is in the west end of the Pec pod Sněžkou and hidden behind small terrain bump, which makes this place calm and quiet. Nowadays, there is pension Zákoutí, which will be replaced.
