Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zavedení e-learningového systému pro teoretický výcvik FDL/DLD. Výstupem práce je vytvoření databáze otázek a metodiky pro testování dispečerů letecké dopravy a na základě analýzy je proveden návrh a popsána implementace nejvhodnějšího e-learningového systému, který splňuje veškeré zadané požadavky. V práci jsou dále uvedeny povinnosti dispečera letecké dopravy a okolnosti, které vedly ke změně formy testování dispečerů letecké dopravy v ČR. This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of an e-learning system for FOO theoretical training. The output of this thesis is the creation of question database and methodology for testing flight dispatchers, and based on the analysis is designed and described the implementation of the most suitable e-learning system that meets all the requirements. The thesis also presents the duties of the flight dispatcher and the circumstances that led to a change in the form of testing of flight dispatchers in the Czech Republic.
