Tato práce se zabývá návrhem modifikace triangulačního laserového snímače vzdálenosti (TLSV), zajišťující schopnost bezdotykově charakterizovat vnitřní rozměry válcových děr. Úvodní část práce obsahuje širší rešerši metod týkajících se bezdotykového měření v oblasti průmyslové metrologie. Z nalezených a analyzovaných metod jsou detailněji popsány metody využívající k měření triangulaci. Navržená konstrukce vychází z řešení obsaženém v patentové přihlášce PV2019-412. Hlavní část práce popisuje návrh a realizaci konstrukčních prvků zajišťujících správnou funkci a polohu osvětlovacího laserového svazku a detekčního obrazového svazku a dále polohování snímače do optimální pracovní pozice. This Master’s Thesis deals with the development and design of the triangulation laser displacement sensor (LDS) modification aiming to allow a non-contact measurement of inner dimensions of cylindrical holes. The initial part of the thesis is focused on general summary of existing methods of non-contact displacement measurement currently used in the field of metrology of physical dimensions. In following chapter, the particular attention is paid to the triangulation-based displacement measurements methods. The presented design is based on the construction covered by the patent application nr. PV2019-4. The core task of this Thesis describs design and realisation of the mechanical adjustable components providing the deflection of the laser beam and its optimal positioning to the working position. The experimental part of this work describes the parameters of the modified LDS design prototype and presents all results of provided experimental works. The analysis of measurement data was performed with particular emphasis on establishment of the measurement range and linearity of response of the modified device. The aim of this thesis was to design, built and validate the compact and portable device with sufficient accuracy and measurement bandwidth, that will be able to replace complex non-portable measuring machines in the general industry.
