Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena především na software Siemens TIA, PLC modul S7 1200 a jeho aplikaci pro ovládání motoru pomocí vizualizace automatizovaného procesu z dotykového panelu HMI, kde můžeme monitorovat a řídit proces a nastavovat některé parametry. Tato ukázka aplikace je vytvořena pomocí modulu PLC, dotykového panelu HMI, výkonového modulu a podpůrných komponent pro komunikaci mezi součástmi a počítačem. Cílem projektu bude vytvoření logického programového kódu v softwaru TIA, propojení všech výše uvedených modulů průmyslovou komunikační sběrnicí s Profinetem a základní přehled částí použitých v tomto projektu.

This project is mainly focused on the Siemens TIA software, S7 1200 PLC module, and its application to control the motor with visualization of the automated process from the HMI touch panel, where we can monitor and control the process and set some parameters. This demonstration of the application is created with the PLC module, HMI touch panel, power module, and supporting components for communicating between the components and the computer. The aim of the project will focus on the creation of the ladder logic program code in the TIA software, connection of all the above-mentioned modules by industrial communication bus with Profinet, and basic overview of the parts used in this project.
