Analýza předobrábění závitu soustružnickým nástrojem

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza předobrábění závitu soustružnickým nástrojem. Práce se dělí na tři hlavní části. První část je věnována uvedení do problematiky soustružení závitu, trvanlivosti a živostnosti nástroje a produktivity výroby. Druhá část se poté zabývá výběrem vhodného nástroje a řezných podmínek. Poslední část tvoří ekonomická analýza a porovnání technologického postupu s předobrobením a postupu bez jeho využití. Výsledkem praktické části je stanovení parametrů ukazujících vhodnost použití postupu využívající předobrobení jak je doporučeno výrobcem Sandvik Coromant.

The main focus of this bachelor‘s thesis is an analysis of pre-machining screw thread by turning tool. The thesis is devided into three main parts. The first one focuses on introducing the problematic of turning thread, durability and assumed lifetime of the tool and the productivity of the output. The second part is dedicated to the proccess of choosing the most suitable tool and cutting conditions. The last part consists of economical analysis and comparison of the technological aproach with pre-machining and aproach without it. The result of the practical part is an establishment of parameters reflecting the appropriateness of using the aproach with pre-machining which is recommended by the producer Sandvik Coromant.
