Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba architektonicko stavební části dokumentace pro stavební povolení, s vybranými detaily, a tepelně technické posouzení. Nejprve byly navrženy vnitřní dispozice bytů, a poté vytvořena výkresová dokumentace a technické zprávy. Dále byl proveden předběžný statický výpočet nosných konstrukcí a návrh založení objektu.

Aim of this bachelor’s thesis is design of technical documentation for building permit, with selected details and evaluation od thermal performance. At first I designed the apartment layout and then I created the technical documentation and technical reports. In addition I made preliminary structural analysis of load-bearing structures and preliminary design of foundations.
