Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu v Praze - Kyjích. Pozemek pro výstavbu RD se nachází v lokalitě se zástavbou převážně rodinných domů s charakterem zahradního města. Hlavní výhodou této lokality je především výborná dostupnost do centra Prahy. V blízkosti pozemku se nachází několik rušivých elemetů, především frekventovaná komunikace a železniční trať, jejichž přítomnost zásadně ovlivnila koncept rodinného domu. Dům sestává ze tří hlavních hmot, první dvě tvoří první nadzemní podlaží, a jsou uspořádány do tvaru L. Vytvářejí tak intimní zahradu, která je centrem celého domu a do které je převážně orientován. Ve větší části se nachází společenské prostory s přilehlým zázemím, pracovna a technické zázemí domu. Ve druhé, menší části, se nachází samostatná jednotka pro matku majitelky. Třetí hmota tvoří druhé nadzemní podlaží a je vizuálně odlišná od zbylých dvou částí, opláštěná lehkou předsazenou fasádou. Nachází se zde ložnicová část pro majitele a jejich děti, s přilehlým hygienickým zázemím.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a design of the family house in Prague - Kyje. The land on which the house is designed is situated in a development of a garden city. The biggest advantage of the place on which the land is located, is it's excellent connection to the Prague city center. There are, however, some disturbing elements surrounding the plot. It is mainly the frequented highway and railway. Presence of these elements formed the fundamentals of the building's concept. The house consists of three main parts. The first two of them are forming the first floor, and are arranged to an 'L' shape. They create the intimacy in the garden, and the garden itself becomes the center of the whole house. Most of the windows are oriented to this garden. In the bigger part of the L shape, there are the common areas with adjucent spaces, office and the utility room. In the other, smaller part, is a private compact one room apartment of the mother of one of the owners. The third part forms the second floor and differes visually, from the two previous parts. It is covered in light, hanging facade. It is the place where the bedroom part for the owners and their children is located.
