Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům na pozemku v rozvojovém pásmu přilehlém ke stávající zástavbě rodinných domů čtvrti Na Hutích v pražských Kyjích pro investora se specifickými požadavky. Kromě samotného rodinného domu je výraznou součástí objektu i garáž pro čtyři vozy. Svoji technicistní fasádou a vizuálním propojením garáže s obytným prostorem reaguje rodinný dům na investorovu zálibu v autech. Horizontálně je hmota rozdělena funkčně i konstrukčně. Přízemí zapuštěné pod rovinu okolního terénu má denní funkci a jeho konstrukce je těžká, železobetonová. Druhé nadzemní podlaží má naopak konstrukci lehkou – dřevěnou sloupkovou a funkční využití prostor je klidové. Objekt je vytvořen v pasivním standardu s alternativními zdroji získávání energie. Celkově je budova navržena tak, aby nenarušovala okolní zástavbu, pomohla vytvořit novou moderní čtvrť a vytvářela kvalitní prostor pro bydlení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a family house located in the developing area near to the current residential area of Na Hutích garden city in Kyje, Prague. The solution of the house is determined by the investor’s special demand. The garage, that accommodates four cars, is a significant part of the family house. The visual connection between the living room and the garage and the industrial appearance of the façade is an architectural response to the client’s passion for old cars. Structural mass is divided horizontally into two functional parts. The ground floor is dedicated to a living room and it is partly recessed below the surrounding terrain. The vertical structure of the ground floor is made of reinforced concrete; thus, can be considered as massive. On the contrary, the second floor’s vertical structure is designed as a wooden platform frame system, which is considerably lighter. The private resting rooms are situated at the second floor. The building design is focused on sustainability issues therefore it is solved as a passive house with an alternative energy source. Overall, the family house is designed to not disrupt the surrounding development’s characteristics, to support an emerging district of the contemporary architecture and to create a high-quality place for living.
