Abstract

Projekt bakalářské práce řeší návrh rodinného domu a příslušné parcely v městské části Braník v hlavním městě Praze. Lokalita je zastavěna stavbami pro bydlení a nachází se blízko řeky Vltavy. Pro účely práce byla zadána okrajová parcela s výhledy na Kavčí hory, Vltavu či Zlíchov. Parcela je dostupná z asfaltové komunikace v ulici V Podhájí. Návrh rodinného domu vychází především ze zadání práce a polohy parcely vůči okolí. Pozemek je velmi svažitý směrem na jih k husté vysoké zeleni, nacházející se na sousedních pozemcích. Od příjezdové komunikace je lemován opěrnou zdí. Koncept reaguje na okolní zástavbu a tradici sedlových střech, která se pomalu, ale jistě vrací do českých zemí. Použití moderního materiálového řešení dům vyzdvihuje a stává se tak zapamatovatelným. Práce je zpracována pro účely studie a částečné dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

The project of this bachelor thesis introduces design of a family house and corresponding site in the municipal district of Braník in the capital of the Czech Republic - Prague. The location is a part of the built-up area with the purpose of housing. It is located near the riverside of Prague´s Vltava. The edge site was picked for the purpose of the bachelor thesis with the general views to Kavčí hory, Vltava and Zlíchov. The site is accessible for vehicles from the tarmac main road V Podhájí. Design of the detached family house proceeds mainly from the overall assignment of the bachelor thesis and the specific location with consideration of the surrounding area. The plot is precipitously sloping towards the south´s dense verdure, which encircles the area. Supporting wall fringes the plot from the north, it is therefore divided from the main route. The idea respons to circumjacent housing development and the tradition of saddle roof - as it slowly comes back to the Czech lands. Thanks to application of modern materials, the house has become more memorable and recognizable. The bachelor thesis comprises mainly Schematic Design and partly Design Development and Construction Documents.
