Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Radiofarmaka pro diagnostiku v nukleární medicíně je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první části jsem zpracoval teoretické informace o nukleární medicíně, radiofarmakách, radiační ochraně. V praktické části jsou zpracovány některé výkony včetně používaných radiofarmak v Ústavu nukleární medicíny Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze za rok 2019.

This Bachelor thesis covering the subject of radiopharmaceuticals used for diagnostics in nuclear medicine is divided into two parts. The first part comprises a theoretical background on nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals and radiation protection and offers the description of some radiopharmaceuticals used in specific nuclear medicine workplaces. The practical part elaborates on some procedures including the used radiopharmaceuticals in the Nuclear Medicine Institute of the General University Hospital in Prague in 2019.
