Náchod - Běloves

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie území Lázní Běloves v Náchodě. Řešené území zahrnuje bývalý lázeňský areál, jeho okolí a přilehlou rozvojovou plochu pro lázeňství. Cílem práce je vytvoření důstojného pokračování pozůstatku lázeňského areálu, jeho zapojení do struktury Bělovsi a napojení rozvojové lokality do cenné krajiny. Práce si klade za cíl vhodnými funkcemi a zásahy navázat na dlouhou historii lázeňství v Bělovsi a doplnit stávající strukturu o chybějící vazby, aniž by zničila její charakter. Zabývá se veřejnými prostranstvími a transformací cenných objektů pro současné potřeby a rozvinutí potenciálu celé oblasti. Doplňuje stávající objekty a oživuje náchodské lázeňství.

The subject of the thesis is an urban study of Běloves Spa in Náchod. The area includes former a spa complex, its surroundings and an adjacent area designated for the future developement of the spa. The goal of the thesis is to create a considerate continuity for the remnants of the spa complex, to find links with the existing urban structure of Běloves and to concieve a gentle transition of the new development into the valuable surrounding landscape. The thesis aims to follow up on the rich history of spa waters in Běloves by utilizing the appropriate functions and interventions and to supplement the current structure with missing connetions with regards to its character. It deals with public space and transformation of valued buildings for contemporary needs and developement of the area´s potential. It supplements historical buildings and revives the Náchod spa tradition.
