Efektivnost změny způsobu napájení bytového domu elektřinou

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce popisuje současný stav bytového domu ve vlastnictví bytového družstva, zejména z pohledu napájení elektřinou a charakterem spotřeby. Dále uvádí základní legislativní podmínky pro připojení k distribuční síti a přehled účastníku trhu s elektřinou. V další části se zabývá návrhem změny napájení bytového domu pomocí vlastního distribučního transformátoru s ohledem na zajištění nepřetržité dodávky elektřiny v případě nenadálé poruchy na instalovaném zařízení. Na základě sdružení odběrů do jednoho odběrného místa je hledáno optimální řešení, které by přineslo úsporu za fixní platby a regulovanou složku elektřiny. Závěrečná část je věnována ekonomickému zhodnocení návrhů a jejich porovnání. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda sdružení odběrů a zajištění napájení pomocí vlastního distribučního transformátoru přinese pozitivní ekonomický výsledek při současném udržení uživatelského komfortu.

This thesis describes the current state of an apartment building owned by a housing cooperative, especially in terms of electricity supply and the nature of consumption. It also provides the basic legislative conditions for connection to the distribution network and a brief overview of the electricity market participant. The next part deals with the design of the change of power supply of an apartment house with its own distribution transformer with regard to ensuring the continuous supply of electricity in the event of an unexpected breakdown on the installed equipment. Based on the grouping of offtakes into one offtake point, an optimum solution is sought, which would bring savings for fixed payments and a regulated component of electricity. The final part is devoted to the economic evaluation of proposals and their comparison. The aim of this work is to verify whether the combination of consumption and power supply with its own distribution transformer will bring a positive economic result while maintaining user comfort.
