Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním a motivací zaměstnanců s cílem analyzovat systém odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané obchodní společnosti, určit příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením účelu a způsobu odměňování zaměstnanců a vysvětlením základních pojmů, nástrojů a teorií motivace zaměstnanců. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti, posouzení způsobu odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti, vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi respondenty mimo společnost a návrhy na zlepšení odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with rewarding and motivation of employees. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of rewarding and motivation of employees in the selected company and to determine possible improvements and propose recommendations on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part deals with the def-inition of the method and purpose of rewarding, continues with explanation of basic concepts related to motivation of employees and a description of basic work motiva-tion theories. The practical part includes the introduction of the company and a description of the method of rewarding and motivation in the company. It also contains an evaluation of the questionnaire survey and suggestions for improvements in the company in terms of rewarding and motivation of employees based on the questionnaire survey.
