Abstract

Bakalárská práce si klade za cíl porovnat nástroje, které umožňují výpočet hodnot vlastností prostých neorientovaných grafu. Zaměřuje se na programy Mathematica a programový balík SageMath. Práce představuje vybrané vlastnosti grafů a porovnává rychlost výpočtu těchto vlastností na náhodných grafech, které se liší buď velikostí nebo nějakou charakteristickou vlastností. Zároveň porovnává rychlost výpočtu na počítačích s různou hardwarovou konfigurací.

The Bachelor's thesis aims to compare two tools used for finding the values of the properties of the simple unoriented graphs. Compared tools are Wolfram Mathematica and SageMath, program bundle for Python. The thesis presents chosen properties of the graphs and compares the tools on the time needed for finding chosen properties in random graphs. Tested graphs differ in size or characteristic attributes. Also the impact of different hardware equipment is tested in computing the chosen properties of the graphs.
