Zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi je ve stavebnictví problém nejen dnešní doby. Tento fakt je velmi závislý na přístupu zadavatelů staveb, jelikož oni jsou ti, kteří si kupují „službu“ od zhotovitele. Výběrovým řízením vybraný zhotovitel nemůže v ceně díla promítnout neplnění povinných požadavků na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku povinností zadavatele stavby, projektanta a zhotovitele v rámci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví ve smyslu výkonu činnosti koordinátora BOZP na staveništi. Autor upozorňuje na časté chyby účastníků výstavbového procesu, a přináší poznatky autora z praxe z pohledu koordinátora BOZP. Ensuring occupational safety and health on construction sites is a prevailing issue in construction. This fact mainly stems from the approach of investors who buy the construction "service" from the contractor. A contractor selected on a basis of competitive tender cannot reflect in the price of the work their non-compliance with the compulsory occupational safety and health requirements. This thesis focuses on the issue of obligations of investor, planner, and contractor in the context of occupational safety and health with regards to the performance of an occupational safety and health coordinator on a construction site. The author draws attention to the frequent mistakes of parties in a tender process and brings his findings from practice from the view of an occupational safety and health coordinator
