Diplomová práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza potřeb organizace v oblasti lidských zdrojů, metod a procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Na základě získaných informací z provedené analýzy a za použití vhodné metody navrhnout firmě strategii pro získávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část této práce se zaměřuje na definici jednotlivých základních pojmů, podrobné členění metod pro získávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na grafické šetření těchto metod ve vybrané firmě. Závěrečná část je zaměřená na vyhodnocením a přínosy do budoucna pro firmu. The thesis deals with recruitment and selection of employees in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the needs of the organization in the field of human resources, methods and processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. Based on the obtained information from the performed analysis and using the appropriate method to propose the company strategy for recruitment. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the definition of individual basic concepts, detailed division of methods for recruitment. The practical part is focused on graphical investigation of these methods in the selected company. The final part is focused on evaluation and future benefits for the company.
