Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je urbánní rozvoj území v Ústí nad Labem na Střekově. Práce navrhuje vizi a koncepci dalšího možného urbanistického rozvoje čtvrti a jeho uchopení. Vizí projektu je saturovat hodnoty v území a potlačit jeho nedostatky s cílem vytvořit ze Střekova důstojné a atraktivní místo pro život, jehož urbanistická koncepce bude odpovídat významu čtvrti. Koncepce je řešena formou urbanistické studie – možné varianty dalšího rozvoje čtvrti a způsobu práce s územím.

The topic of the thesis is urban development of the territory in Ústí nad Labem in Střekov. The thesis proposes a vision and concept of further possible urban development of the district and its grasp. The vision of the project is to saturate the values in the territory and suppress its shortcomings in order to make Střekov a dignified and attractive place for life, whose urban concept will correspond to the importance of the district. The concept is solved in the form of an urban study - possible variant of further development of the district and possible way of working with the area.
