Analýza dat ze smart meterů a jejich využití distribuční společností

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza naměřených dat ze smart meterů a jejich využití distribuční společností. Nejdříve je rozebrána problematika smart grids a plány jejich implementace v rámci České republiky. Dále jsou popsány chytré elektroměry společně s legislativou k měření elektřiny v ČR a typovými diagramy dodávky. Poté jsou provedeny analýzy nad daty z pilotního projektu PREdistribuce a.s., a sice porovnání skutečných průběhů s typovými diagramy dodávky a shluková analýza. Nakonec je představeno několik možných využití naměřených dat k úpravě tarifní soustavy.

The aim of this master thesis is data analysis of smart meter electricity consumption data and its use by the distribution system operator. At first, smart grids and the plans for their implementation in the Czech Republic will be analysed. Afterwards, smart meters, the legislation on electricity metering in the Czech Republic and load profiles will be described. Then analyses of the data from the pilot project of PREdistribuce a.s. will be carried out. Thereby the real load profiles will be compared with the modelled load profiles and the k-means cluster analysis will be performed. Finally, several possible use cases of the measured data to adjust the tariff system will be presented.
