Abstract

Úlohou bakalářské práce s názvem Nastavení metodiky vyšetřování leteckých nehod a událostí na letišti je analyzování současného přístupu k odbornému zjišťování příčin leteckých nehod, navrhnutí doporučení pro způsob řešení mimořádných událostí na letišti Praha a sepsání pracovních postupů pro Oddělení provozní bezpečnosti. V metodice je popsána součinnost záchranných a vyšetřovacích složek při letecké nehodě a jsou stanoveny typové činnosti Oddělení provozní bezpečnosti s kladením důrazu na koordinaci zásahu, ochranu zdraví a včasné započetí ohledání trosek. Cílem práce je proaktivně zlepšit připravenost vyšetřovacích složek na mimořádnou událost na letišti, čímž se dosáhne zvýšení úrovně provozní bezpečnosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis named Proposal of Accident and Incident Investigation Methodology at the Airport is the analysis of the current approach to the aircraft accident investigation, the proposal of recommendation of dealing with the emergency at Prague Airport and writing up of operating procedures for the Department of Safety. In this methodology there is the description of rescue and investigative sections cooperation and determination of model activities of the Department of Safety that focus on the intervation coordination, health protection and early initiation of debris inspection. The aim of this thesis is to proactively improve readiness of investigative sections for emergency at the airport that enhance the level of the operational safety.
