Abstract

V teoretické části se diplomová práce zabývá charakteristikou pohledávek. Je vysvětlen pojem pohledávky, její vznik a zánik. Dále se práce věnuje účetní charakteristice pohledávek. Následuje daňová a právní charakteristika pohledávek. Zmíněn je také pohled managementu. V podkapitole řízení pohledávek se diplomová práce věnuje dodavatelskému úvěru a zárukám za dodavatelský úvěr. Zmíněny jsou platební podmínky, vymáhání pohledávek a je také popsáno postavení pohledávek v ekonomice podniku. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje efektivnosti řízení pohledávek. V praktické části se diplomová práce věnuje finanční analýze konkrétního podniku, implementaci systému SAP do řízení pohledávek a návrhu jednoduchého reportingového systému.

The theoretical part deals with the description of receivables. It explains the concept of receivable, its origin and termination. The thesis also deals with accounting characteristics of receivables. Then follows the tax and legal characteristics of receivables. Also mentioned is the view of management. In the sub-chapter on receivables management, the thesis deals with supplier credit and guarantees for supplier credit. Mentioned are the terms of payment, debt collection and the position of receivables in the economy of the company is also described. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the effectivity of receivables management. In the practical part, the thesis deals with financial analysis of a particular company, implementation of SAP system into receivables management and design of a simple reporting system.
