Aplikace principů hladké výroby ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hladké neboli štíhlé výroby ve strojírenském podniku. Popisuje základní principy a metody štíhlé výroby a ukazuje na praktickém příkladu jejich využití. Součástí práce je analýza vybraného výrobního podniku pomocí metody mapování toku hodnot. Práce komentuje výsledky této analýzy a navrhuje potřebné optimalizace výrobních procesů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of lean production in the engineering company. It describes the basic principles and methods of lean production and shows a practical example of their use. Part of the work is the analysis of the selected manufacturing company using the method of Value Stream Mapping. The thesis comments on the results of this analysis and proposes the necessary optimization of production processes.
