Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sendvičových materiálů. Teoretická část pojednává o sendvičových konstrukcích, kde je rozebrána otázka samotného složení a výrobních možností těchto panelů. Současně jsou zde uvedeny způsoby výroby, materiály k tomu využívané, a v neposlední řadě také jejich testování. V praktické části je popsán vývoj experimentu a tvorba zkušebních vzorků s odlišnými rozměry, které byly vytvořeny pomocí 3D tiskárny a následně podrobeny testu tříbodovým ohybem. Výsledky tohoto testu byly zpracovány a bylo provedeno jejich porovnání.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of sandwich materials. The theoretical part discusses sandwich structures, in particular the composition and manufacturing possibilities of sandwich panels. At the same time the production modes and materials used are enlisted herein, and last, but not least, the testing procedures. The practical part describes the evolution of an experiment and the preparation of samples of various dimensions created using a 3D printer, which subsequently have been subject to three-point bending test. The test results were compiled and compared.
