Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o dopadu finanční krize na vybraný podnik dealera ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a následky krize na redukci zaměstnanců v podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o krizi, nezaměstnanosti a peněžních tocích neboli cash flow. Praktická část demonstruje sestavní výkazu cash flow na základě informací z teoretické části a zabývá se i počtem zaměstnanců v podniku v době krize. Dále jsou zde shrnuty poznatky, co vyplynuly ze sestavení cash flow a přehledu zaměstnaců.

The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the financial crisis on the selected ŠKODA AUTO a.s. dealer the consequences of the crisis on reducing employees in the enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with crisis, unemployment and cash flow. The practical part demonstrates the compilation of the cash flow statement based on information from the theoretical part and deals with the number of employees in the company during the crisis. Furthermore, there is a summary of the findings of the cash flow and employee survey.
