Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Motivace a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti má za cíl zjistit současnou míru pracovní spokojenosti a motivace k práci zaměstnanců společnosti OBI Roztyly. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část práce se zabývá základními teoretickými poznatky v oblasti motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část je složena ze dvou částí, kterými jsou analytická a návrhová. Prostřednictvím nestrukturovaného rozhovoru s ředitelem společnosti a dotazníkového šetření jsou rozpoznány oblasti, ve kterých zaměstnanci vykazují spokojenost a nespokojenost. V závěru práce jsou autorem vytvořeny návrhová opatření, která řeší zjištěné nedostatky.

Bachelor‘s thesis on the topic Motivation to work and work satisfaction of employees in the chosen company is targeted on finding out the current rate of work satisfaction and motivation to work of employees of the enterprise OBI Roztyly. The thesis is split into a theoretical and a practical part. The first part focuses on exploring the theoretical fundamentals in the area of motivation and work satisfaction. The practical part consists of two sections: an analytical and a suggestive section. Areas, in which employees show satisfaction and dissatisfaction were determined by the means of an unstructuralised interview with the director of the enterprise and a questionaire survey. In the conclusion of the thesis the author makes suggestions that solve the discovered shortcomings.
