Návrh a zkoušky vložek monokoku vozu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem, jak správně zavést zatížení do sendvičového kompozitu z uhlíkových vláken a strukturální pěny. Po představení problematiky kompozitů, popisu výpočtu laminátu, a rešerší realizací přípojných bodů se dále zabývá návrhem a MKP simulací chování vložek v sendviči. Ke konci popisuje výrobní proces vzorků a experiment pro validaci simulovaných dat.

Master's thesis handles the challenge of how to correctly apply forces into carbon composite and structural foam sandwich structure. After introduction into matters of composites, description of laminate calculation and a research of mounting points it carries on to FEM analysis of insert behavior in a sandwich. Towards the end it describes the manufacturing process of test specimens and their experimental testing as a validation of simulated data.
