Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá automatizací v procesu obrábění ve firmě Lavat a.s. Začátek práce je věnován obecnému popisu automatizace, od historie až po současnost. Dále jsou zde popsány různé typy automatizace vhodné pro proces obrábění, z toho je poměrně velká část věnována robotickým manipulátorům. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá návrhem automatizace výrobního pracoviště. Automatizovaná je obsluha CNC soustruhu, konkrétně zakládání polotovarů pomocí robotického manipulátoru. V této práci je popsaná analýza výrobního portfolia. Na základě analýzy jsou zde vybrané technologie vhodné pro automatizaci. S vybranými technologiemi je zde navrhnuto pět různých variant automatizace pracoviště. Pomocí technicko-ekonomického zhodnocení je nakonec vybraná varianta, která nejlépe splňuje zadaná kritéria.

This thesis deals with automation in the machining process at Lavat a.s. The beginning of the work is devoted to a general description of automation, from history to the present. Furthermore, various types of automation suitable for the machining process are described, of which a relatively large part is devoted to robotic manipulators. The main part of this work deals with the design of the automation of the production workplace. The CNC lathe operation is automated, namely the creation of semi-finished products using a robotic manipulator. The analysis of the production portfolio is described in this work. Based on the analysis there are selected technologies suitable for automation. With the selected technologies, five different workplace automation options are designed here. Finally, using a technical-economic evaluation, the option that best meets the criteria is chosen.
