Využití informačních technologií u výjezdů zdravotnické záchranné služby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití moderních informačních technologií, v podobě výjezdových tabletů, během výjezdů zdravotnické záchranné služby. Teoretická část uvádí legislativní povinnost pro vedení zdravotnické dokumentace a zmiňuje všechny významné druhy dokumentace využívané v prostředí zdravotnické záchranné služby. Následně je řešena problematika využívání výjezdových tabletů zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, zejména využívané modely tabletů, jejich hardware a software a detailní popis současných funkcí, které výjezdové tablety nabízí. Závěr teoretické části uvádí příkladem využíváni výjezdového tabletu u zdravotnické záchranné služby v Polské republice. Praktická část řeší, pomocí dotazníkového šetření, spokojenost zaměstnanců zdravotnických záchranných služeb s využíváním současných výjezdových tabletů a zjišťuje, jaké další funkce by byly využitelné v praxi s ohledem na edukaci a na medicínu katastrof. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou následně analyzovány SWOT analýzou. Závěrem je navrženo 6 funkcí výjezdových tabletů, které vzešly z analýzy s nejvíce pozitivním hodnocením. Tyto funkce jsou doplněny grafickým návrhem.

This thesis concentrates on the use of modern information technology, in the form of portable tablets, used during emergency ambulance services. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the legislative obligations for keeping of medical records and mentions all important types of documentation used in the emergency ambulance service environment. Following this, the thesis deals with the issues of usage of portable tablets by the emergency ambulance services, namely the models (types) of tablets, their hardware and software and a detailed description of current functionalities, that these tablets offer. In conclusion, the theoretical part of the thesis mentions case studies involving the use of portable tablets by the emergency ambulance services in Poland. The practical part of the thesis deals with the satisfaction of employees of the emergency services that use portable tablets, by using questionnaires and informs of subsequent functionalities, that could be beneficially used in practise focusing on education and disaster medicine. The results the questionnaire investigation are subsequently analysed using the SWOT methodology. To conclude, arising from the analysis, six functions with the highest evaluation score are proposed for the portable tablets. A graphic design compliments the description these functions.
