Abstract

Práce se zabývá volbou výrobního postupu pro výrobu součástky středu kola, která bude součástí studentské formule týmu CarTech CTU. Volba výrobního postupu vychází ze znalostí získaných během studia. Práce se zaměřuje na obrábění hliníkových slitin a ze získaných informací se aplikují znalosti do výrobního postupu součástky, která je právě z hliníkové slitiny. Nedílnou součástí této práce je i vyhodnocení výsledků, fotodokumentace výroby, postup získávání NC kódu pro výrobu na CNC soustruhu a vyhodnocení přesnosti dle předloženého výkresu od týmu CarTech CTU.

This thesis deals with a choice of the manufacturing process for the production of parts to the centre of the wheel, which will be part of the student formula CarTech CTU team. The choice of the manufacturing process is based on the knowledge gained during the study. The thesis focuses on the machining of aluminum alloys and from the information obtained applied knowledge in the production process the parts, which is precisely made of aluminum alloy. The other part of this thesis is the evaluation of results, documentation (photos) of production, the procedure of obtaining the NC code for the production on CNC lathe and evaluate accuracy according to the submitted drawing from the CarTech CTU team.
