Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat projekt vzduchotechniky hotelu. Je řešené větrání vstupních prostorů, restaurace s kuchyní a její zázemí, podzemních garáží, hotelového welness centra a lůžkové části. Dokumentace je zpracována na úrovni realizačního projektu. Pro celý objekt je navržený koncept chlazení. Teoretická část se zaobírá problematikou větrání velkokuchyň, provozovny, se specifickými požadavky z hlediska návrhu vzduchotechniky, která je součásti objektu hotelu.

The aim of the thesis is the project of the ventilation of the hotel. There is a ventilation for the entrance areas, a restaurant with a kitchen and its facilities, an underground garage, a hotel wellness center and a sleeping area. The documentation is processed at the level of the construction project. A cooling concept is designed for the entire building. The theoretical part deals with the issue of ventilation of large kitchens, with specific requirements from the point of view of air conditioning design, which is part of the hotel building.
