Rodinný dům

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu v Prahe, v časti Hlubočepy, na križovatke ulíc Hlubočepská a Silvenecká. Lokalita Hlubočepy má historicky vidiecky charakter, s prevažujúcou zástavbou rodinných domov. Oblasťou sú vedené hlavné dopravné tepny - železničné aj cestné. Dominantou je najmä Prokopské údolie s výrazným skalným reliéfom. Na vybranom pozemku sa nachádza stodola, ktorá má však nevhodnú orientáciu - južný vstup, severná záhrada. Rozhodnutie ponechať pôvodnú stodolu a vytvoriť z nej exteriérový priestor bolo kľúčové pre formovanie návrhu. “Dom za dom” má vďaka ustúpeniu od ulice introvertný a intímny charakter, ktorý je navyše podčiarknutý jeho átriovou dispozíciou. Umiestnenie domu umožňuje rozdeliť malý pozemok na tri celky s odlišnou atmosférou - južný dvor, severné átrium a samotný dom, ako ich mediátor. Čaro tohto domu spočíva najmä v jeho racionálnej dispozícii, ktorá svojou primeranou veľkosťou drží rodinu pokope, ale aj v priestoroch, ktoré tento dom vymedzuje v exteriéri a prináša tým neustále nové situácie. Introvertný charakter domu je v istom zmysle oslobodzujúci – zaisťuje nezávislosť na pribúdajúcej zástavbe v budúcnosti a súkromie od pomerne rušnej ulice.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family house located in Prague, in the Hlubočepy area, at the crossroad of Hlubočepská and Silvenecká streets. The location of Hlubočepy has a historically rural character, with the prevailing family housing development. The main traffic arteries - both railway and road - are present there. The dominant feature is the Prokopské valley with its distinctive rock relief. There is an existing barn on the selected plot, which has an unsuitable orientation - southern entrance, northern garden. The decision to leave the original barn and turn it into an outdoor space was crucial for the design. The "House behind the house" has an introverted and intimate character, thanks to its offset from the street, underlined by an atrium disposition. The location of the house separates the small plot into three units with a different atmosphere - the southern yard, the northern atrium and the house itself, as their mediator. The charm of this house lies mainly in its rational disposition, which, by its appropriate size, keeps the family close. Furthermore, the space that this house delimits in the exterior, constantly creates new interactions. The introverted character of the house is, in a sense, liberating securing independence from the build-up in the future and privacy from a rather busy street.
