This thesis deals with the utility of the satellite and RPAS data in the area of setting the space distribution of the vegetation cover. In order to do this there were carried out two observations from the air (in autumn and in spring) by the technology of pilotless systems over an agricultural piece of land sed by rapeseed. On the carrier (high-wing monoplane Raptor) the camera RedEdge-M was used for scanning. The first part deals with a brief introduction into the topic of the spectral plants reflectivity and the description of the used technology for scanning of multispectral data. The wavelengths of the individual spectral bands for the data from Sentinel 2, Landsat 8 and RedEdge-M were compared. The next part deals with the description of the raw data processing by the softwares Agisoft Photoscan Pro and ArcMap. In the next part there is processed a detailed analysis of the processed data from the camera RedEdge-M and the satellite Sentinel 2. For the vegetation detection itself there was used the vegetation index NDVI which was based on the data from the camera RedEdge-M. According to the index there was determined the real area cover. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the relationship of the NDVI values in individual pixels between the data from the satellite Sentinel 2 and the camera RedEdge-M. Following the presented outcome it is possible to confirm unambiguously the utility of the data from the multispectral camera RedEdge-M to determine the real cover. It is valid for both - the accurate one, which is based on a more detailed analysis and the raw one - after resampling of the data to the adjustment 1, 2, 5 or 10 m including an error up to 10% for the rawer analysis. During the air observation in the autumn there is an evident unity of the tendency of the data from RedEdge-M and Sentinel 2 in the low and medial NDVI values although the dispersion of the Sentinel 2 data is almost twice bigger in contrast to RedEdge-M in the identical places of the ground. In case of the spring data even if you ignore the end points, the data from Sentinel 2 give the area vegetation cover for the NDVI values with the dispersion almost 40% in contrast to Rededge-M.
