Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je vypracování finanční analýzy dvou stavebních podniků a jejich následné porovnání. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První je teoretická část a zabývá se vysvětlením finanční analýzy, jejím užitím a popisem jednotlivých metod. Ve druhé, praktické části je samotné vypracování finanční analýzy vybraných podniků z jejich účetních uzávěrek na základě vědomostí získaných v teoretické části. Výsledky jednotlivých metod jsou průběžně porovnávány a v závěru vyhodnoceny.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of financial analysis of two construction companies and their subsequent comparison. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first is the theoretical part and deals with the explanation of financial analysis, its use and description of individual methods. In the second, practical part is the elaboration of financial analysis of selected companies from their financial statements based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. The results of individual methods are continuously compared and evaluated at the end.
