Bytový dům Střížkov

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem nového atypického bytového domu. Nejprve je vybrán konstrukční systém, poté jsou navrženy dispozice jednotlivých bytů a zpracování konstrukčního řešení pro stavební povolení, v části detailů rozšířené na úroveň prováděcí dokumentace. Návrh je koncipován tak, aby tepelně technické podmínky vyhovovaly stavebním normám a požadavkům investora. Dále je řešena zvuková izolace, základní trasování a popis TZB rozvodů, což je teplá a studená voda, kanalizace a vytápění. Ve statické části jsou zpracovány výkresy tvaru jednotlivých podlaží a zamyšlení se nad fungováním stěnových nosníků pro vybraný projekt.

The thesis deals with the design of a new atypical apartment building. Structural system is selected first , then the layouts of the individual flats and the design of the building permit for the building permit are proposed, in part of the details extended to the level of the implementation documentation. The design is designed to ensure that the thermal technical conditions meet the building standards and requirements of the investor. It is also designed sound insulation, basic routing and description of the technical equipment of buildings distribution system, which are hot and cold water, sewerage and heating. In the static part are processed drawings of the shape of individual floors and reflection on the functioning of wall beams for the selected project.
