Návrh technologie výroby a výroba betonových kanoí s využitím digitální fabrikace

Abstract

Cílem této práce je návrh a postup pro realizaci sériové výroby betonové kánoe. Při výrobě bude použita CNC obráběcí frézka umístěná na katedře betonových konstrukcí. Každoročně se po celém světě pořádají univerzitní závody betonových kánoí. Týmy univerzit tak neustále poměřují své síly a schopnosti. V průběhu této práce bude navržen vhodný tvar kánoe, dále postup pro výrobu a výroba formy pro betonáž, návrh vhodné směsi pro betonáž a celkový technologický postup, který při betonáži bude použit tak, aby bylo možno vyrobit z jedné formy tři kánoe. Kánoe se v červnu zúčastní univerzitních závodů BETONKENU KUPA v maďarském Györu tak, jako minulý rok. Tehdy jsem sám měl tu možnost si loňskou kánoi vyzkoušet a závodit v ní, proto návrh bude proveden tak, aby byly zužitkovány i loňské praktické zkušenosti. Návrh a výroba kánoe se budou řídit pravidly této soutěže. Práce obsahuje fotodokumentaci všech význačných bodů výroby.

This thesis mainly aims at designing the procedure of manufacturing concrete canoes. It will include the use of a CNC machine located in the department of concrete and masonry structures. Concrete canoe races take place every year worldwide. It is a great opportunity to measure and compare the skills of students and their universities. This thesis contains the design of the canoe shape, design of technological processs of formwork manufacturing, design of optimal concrete mixture and a global technological design for concreting process itself. The formwork must be used three times, for there are three canoes to make. The canoes will take part in BETONKENU KUPA race in Hungarian city of Györ for its university organises the race there. I had a chance to take part in those races last year. All acquired experience will be used fot this years design. The design will be subject to rules of the competition. The thesis contains photodocumentation of the whole manufacturing process.
