Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Součástí zadání je zpracování určitých výkresů na úrovni DSP. Zadaný pozemek je situován na dejvické Hanspaulce, na severozápadě Prahy. V historii měla řešená oblast zemědělskou funkci, v podobě rozlehlých vinic. Tato tradice byla v určité míře podpořena při návrhu. Oblast je umístěna v blízkosti přírodního parku Šárka, dále lehce dostupná k letišti Václava Havla. Charakterem tohoto území je obytná zástavba a svažitý terén s výhledem na historickou část Prahy. Návrh samotného rodinného domu byla rozdělena na dvě části. Severní fasáda dává najevo určitou míru soukromí a bezpečí, kdežto jižní strana je zcela otevřená do zahrady a vystihuje potřebu rodinného zázemí.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design of family house for a family of four members. Part of assigment is processing of certain drawings at the DSP level. The land is located on - Dejvice Hanspaulka in northwest of Prague city. This area had agricultural function in the form of extensive vineyards. This tradition has been partly supported by the draft. This area is located near Šárka nature park and easily accesible to Vaclav Havel Airport. The character of this area is residental development and slopping terrain with a view of historic part of Prague. The design of the familly house itself was divided into two parts. The northen facade shows privacy and security, while the southern side is completely open to the garden and captures the needs of family background.
