Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh rekonstrukce topného systému stávajícího bytového domu v Karlových Varech včetně výběru vhodného topného zdroje. Zdroj tepla byl vybrán podle celkových nákladů, do kterých byly zahrnuty pořizovací náklady, roční náklady na údržbu a roční náklady na vytápění a ohřev teplé užitkové vody. Součástí práce je koncepční návrh větrání jednotlivých bytů, podrobný výpočet tepelné ztráty domu, potřeba tepla na vytápění a ohřev teplé užitkové vody, návrh a regulace otopné soustavy a její projektová dokumentace.

The main goal of this thesis is to design a reconstruction of the heating system of an existing residential building in Karlovy Vary, including the selection of a suitable heating source. The heating source was selected according to the total costs, which includes the initial investment costs, annual maintenance costs and annual energy costs for heating and hot water preparation. Part of the thesis is conceptual design of ventilation of individual flats, detailed calculation of heat loss of the building, calculation of heat demand for heating and hot water preparation, design and regulation of heating system and its design documentation.
