Optimalizace parametrů oken použitých v Domově pro seniory

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení projektu Domova pro seniory v obci Cejle z hlediska proslunění, osvětlení, tepelné techniky a optimalizace návrhu oken. Na začátku je popsán objekt, jehož architektonické a stavebně-konstrukční řešení slouží jako podklad pro výpočty. V následující kapitole je objekt hodnocen z hlediska proslunění a jsou stanoveny podmínky splnění požadavku příslušných norem a pro účely výpočtu je vytvořen digitální model v odborném softwaru. Dále objekt je posuzován z hlediska denního osvětlení a je zkoumán dopad změny parametrů oken na činitel denní osvětlenosti v kritických bodech. Dále za pomoci softwaru budou provedeny výpočty teplot v kritické místnosti, která je náchylná na přehřívání. Pak byl vytvořen vlastní program v prostředí Matlab, pomocí kterého je spočítaná roční měrná potřeba tepla na vytápění, závisející na parametrech oken a orientaci objektu ke světovým stranám. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty výsledky a hledá se optimální varianta, která odpovídá všem požadavkům z předchozích kapitol. V závěru jsou uvedeny doporučení pro projektanta objektu.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the design for a retirement facility in Cejle from a viewpoint of insolation, lighting and thermal building physics, and to optimize the parameters of the windows. In the beginning the building, whose architectural and structural design serves as the calculation data, is described. In the consecutive chapter the building is evaluated in regards to insolation and the standard meeting conditions are determined. For the purpose of calculation, a digital model of the building is created in a special software. Then the building is evaluated in regards to daylight and the influence of the window parameters' change on the daylight factor of the critical points is explored. Next, using a software, temperature in the critical room, that is prone to overheating in summer, is calculated. Then with a help of the author's own scripts in Matlab annual energy need for heating is calculated, depending on the windows' parameters and building's orientation. In the last chapter the results are summarised and the optimal variant, which meets all the requirements of the previous chapters, is searched for. In the conclusion, the recommendations for the building's design are summarized.
