Abstract

Pozemek se nachází v městské části Český Krumlov - Horní Brána. Okolí tvoří kontrast prvorepublikové vilové výstavby a bytových domů z období socialismu. Kontext místa a nároky stavebníka definovaly prostorové a hmotové parametry ovlivňující výslednou podobu stavby. Výsledný návrh vychází ze silného kontrastu místa, který umožňuje téměř volnou roku při samotném návrhu s cílem využití maximálních možností zadaného pozemku. Velmi malý a stísněný pozemek se severním svahem velmi rychle evokoval práci v úrovních, která skládá různé funkce objektu nad sebe a zároveň ponechává maximální využití zahrada, na přání klienta. Vnitřní dispozice byla navržena s cílem maximální variability a flexibility vnitřního prostoru za vzniku minimalistického a čistého prostoru s maximální nenápadnosti a integrací jednotlivých prvků. Dle požadavků investora bylo nutné zacílit i na energetickou stránku objektu, která se propisuje do architektonické formy cílenou integrací, spojení estetického a funkčního záměru. Výsledkem je objekt s téměř nulovou potřebou tepla na vytápění, který po téměř tři čtvrtiny roku funguje pouze s energie, kterou si sám vyrobí.

The property is located in Český Krumlov - Horní Brána. The neighborhood is a contrast of the First Republic villa construction and residential houses from the socialist period. The context of the place and the requirements of the builder defined spatial and mass parameters influencing the final shape of the building. The resulting design is based on the strong contrast of the place, which allows almost a free year when designing itself with the aim of using the maximum possibilities of the given plot. A very small and cramped land with a northern slope very quickly evoked work in the levels, which composes the various functions of the object above itself and at the same time leaves maximum use of the garden, at the client's request. The interior layout was designed with the aim of maximum variability and flexibility of the interior space to create a minimalist and clean space with maximum discreetness and integration of individual elements. According to the investor's requirements, it was also necessary to target the energy side of the building, which translates into an architectural form by targeted integration, a combination of aesthetic and functional intentions. The result is an object with almost no heat demand for heating, which, after almost three quarters of a year, only works with the energy it produces.
