Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává návrh rodinného domu v Rokytnici nad Jizerou. Oblast je známá především díky vysoké návštěvnosti místních lyžařských vleků. Projekt obsahuje návrh ve formě studie, vybrané části projektu jsou v úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Práce se věnuje zasazení nového moderního bydlení do oblasti s typickou horskou zástavbou. Díky mírné svažitosti pozemku také dochází k možnosti práce s terénem. Navržený rodinný dům se snaží tohoto aspektu využít a vytvořit tak nové moderní horské bydlení pro mladou rodinu s respektem vůči stávající horské zástavbě.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a family house in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The area is known mainly due to the high attendance of local ski lifts. The project includes a proposal in the form of an architecture study, selected parts of the project are in the level of building permit documentation. The work is devoted to the creating of new modern housing in the area with typical mountain buildings. Due to the gentle slope of the land, there is also a possibility to work with the terrain. The proposed family house is trying to use this aspect to create a new modern mountain home for a young family with respect to the existing mountain area.
