Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh konverze bývalé lednice Branických ledáren na hotel. Práce je vypracována v návaznosti na předdiplomní projek, který prověřil využití areálu Branických ledáren. Cílem práce je především architektonická studie nového významného bodu ve čtvrti Braník a vypracování vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební řízení včetně konceptů technických řešení.

The topic of this diploma work is the proposal of conversion of the former icebox Branický ledáren into a hotel. The work is elaborated in connection with the pre-diploma project, which verified the utilization of the area of Branický ledáren. The aim of the work is mainly an architectural study of a new important point in the district of Braník and elaboration of selected parts of the building permit documentation including the concepts of technical solutions.
