Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je obnova areálu bývalých jatek na okraji Liberce. Záměrem je vybudovat zde novou rezidenční čtvrť s převahou bydlení, doplněnou o veřejnou vybavenost. Nově navržená zástavba tvoří tři samostatné celky. Kromě bytové zástavby vznikne pro nové obyvatele také park s cyklotrasou podél Janovodolského potoka. Dále se práce zabývá podrobnějším řešením dvou konkrétních budov, včetně jejich stavebního a technického řešení.

The subject of this thesis is the restoration of the former slaughterhouse complex on the outskirts of Liberec. The intention is to build a new residential area with a majority of housing, complemented by public amenities. The newly designed development consist of three separate units. In addition to residential development, a new park will also be build for new residents along the stream. Furthermore, the diploma project contains a more detailed solution of two selected buildings, including their construktion and technical solutions.
