INNOCUBE - inovační centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Zadáním diplomové práce bylo navrhnout inovační centrum v Mladé Boleslavi - Innocube. Objekt do tvaru písmene L s lehce zvlněnou fasádou se nachází v parku Štěpánka v těsném kontaktu se skálou, která tvoří dominantu interiéru. Stavba reaguje na okolní terén a propojuje dvě výškové úrovně - pod skálou a na skále. Konceptem celé budovy bylo vytvořit v interiéru několik atrií se stromy tvořící pomyslnou zelenou linii napomáhající orientaci v objektu, která provede návštěvníka celou stavbou. Na tuto linii se napojují veškeré veřejně přístupné funkce objektu. Dále Innocube dipsonuje širokou škálou pronajímatelných kancelářských prostor různých velikostí, auditoriem, učebnami a restaurací nebo kavárnou. Jedná se o inovativní budovu, kterou mohou využívat firmy i jednotlivci po jakýkoliv časový interval. Idea Innocube je vytvořit nové inovativní prostředí obsahující kanceláře s různým vybavením, které se prolínají s odpočinkovými prostory či prostory pro veřejnost a zůstávají v kontaktu s okolním parkem a venkovním prostředím. Budova je umístěna v souladu s nově navrhovaným urbanismem města v napojení na nové funkce a s dostupností pomocí navrženého monorailu.

The topic of my diploma project is to create an innovation centre in Mladá Boleslav called Innocube. The building which has a L shape with a slightly curved facade is located in the park Štěpánka in close contact with a rock, which is visible in many parts of the interior. The building reacts to the surrounding topography by embracing the rock as well as makes link between the upper and down part of the hill. The concept of the whole building is to create several atriums with trees, which make an imaginatiove green line connecting two different levels of the topography and helps with the orientation through the building. All the public accesible functions are attached to this green line. Innocube offers many different kinds of renting office spaces of different sizes as well as an auditorium, lecture rooms and a restaurant or café. It is a new innovative building used by private companies or individuals for any period of time starting from one hour to longer terms. It develops new ways of working - alone or in groups mixed with resting areas while always staying connected with the park and outside environment. The building is located in order to use the new urbanism and functions of the city with the accesibility of monorail stop nearby.
