Navrženým objektem je administrativní budova na Vinohradské třídě v Praze 2 v místě dnešních budov Transgas, mezi budovou Českého rozhlasu a domem Nad Museem. Budova má 7 nadzemních a jedno podzemní podlaží. V 1.podzemním podlaží se nachází garáže a technická vybavenost budovy, v 1.NP administrativní funkci doplňují obchody, další podlaží jsou určeny výhradně pro kancelářský provoz. Důležitým prvkem budovy je pasáž vedoucí skrze budovu do vnitrobloku. Designed object is the administrative building at Vinohradská street in Prague 2 in place of today buildings of Transgas, between the Český rozhlas building and house Nad Museem. The building has got 7 above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are garages and technical equipment of the building in first underground floor. In the first above-ground floor the administration function of the building is complemented by the shops, another above-ground floor are intended exclusively for the office operation. Important building element is the passage leading through the building to the courtyard.
