Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám technicko-ekonomickým zhodnocením investice a jejím porovnáním s původním stavem přežahové pece v porcelánce Thun 1794 a.s. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická a věnuji se zde významu investice, fázím investičního rozhodování, metodám hodnocení investic, financování investic a investičnímu plánu. Druhá část je praktická, zabývá se popisem podniku, technickými aspekty přežahové pece, přínosy nové pece, ekonomickým hodnocením pece a citlivostní analýzou.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is concerning technico-economical evaluation of the investment to the porcelain biscuit furnace and comparison with former furnace in porcelain factory Thun 1794 a.s.. The thesis has two sections. The first section is theoretical and includes topic of importance of investments, stages of investment, evaluation of investment, financing of investment and investment plan. The second section is practical and focuses on description of the enterprise, technological aspects of the furnace, benefits of the new furnace, economical evaluation of the investment and sensitivity analysis.
