Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá shromážděním, digitalizací a zpracováním starých rukopisných map řeky Vltavy převážně z 18. století. Zpracování probíhá formou georeferencování jednotlivých mapových listů a výběrem vhodné transformace v aplikaci ArcMap. Mapy jsou zhodnoceny zejména z hlediska obsahu a geometrického zákresu a vzájemně porovnány. Zpracované mapy jsou zobrazeny pomocí webové mapové aplikace na internetu.

The diploma thesis deals with the collection, digitization and processing of old handwritten maps of the Vltava River mostly from the 18th century. The processing is performed using georeferencing individual map sheets and selecting the appropriate transformation method within the ArcMap software. The cartographic works are evaluated and compared mainly in terms of factual content and geometric rendition. The processed maps are published on the Internet and displayed using a web map application.
